The King of Hearts provides a memorable setting for your Civil Wedding or Partnership ceremony. The beauty and craftsmanship of this heritage building and the genuine warmth and care of our professional staff team make this a venue like no other.
Your Reception might be a full Wedding Breakfast, an informal buffet, a cocktail party or a simple afternoon tea.
This is your special day, and we will tailor it just for you.
The Music Room seats up to 70 for your Ceremony, with additional rooms available for the Reception.

The King of Hearts is perfect for celebrating life’s big occasions – a special birthday, retirement party, anniversary, Christening or any gathering to enjoy with family and friends.
In addition to our function rooms, the Café is available to hire in the evenings and on Sundays - ideal for informal parties and dinners.
