The Shaming of Agnes Leaman: Fact meets fiction at the King of Hearts

On 10th September 1561 Agnes Leaman was processed through the streets of Norwich, before being ducked in the River Wensum by Fye Bridge.

These are stories of real people taken from the court records of Tudor and Stuart Norwich.
